I can’t believe that today is the last day of 2016! I feel like it kinda crept up this year and I’m not quite ready for it. But, I guess I don’t get a say I usually make my husband and I write down all of our resolutions, but I think this year we’ll skip that and just make a conscious effort to do a little better this year. Lately, it seems like most of my meals have been grab and go and not as healthy or vegetable filled as I’d like, so in the new year you can expect to see more make ahead and easy prep meals from me.
