Healthy Vegetarian Meal Plan – Week 44

 Is anyone doing anything fun this weekend?  We just bought a little baby pool and I think we are going to break it in tomorrow.  Eli will probably enjoy it the most, but it’s just big enough for me to sit in too :)  It’s supposed to be pretty hot here, so that will be the extend of our outside time.
