Like usual, Saturday just crept up on me and I almost forgot to share this post with you guys!  It’s February now and depending on where you live, we don’t have much of winter left.  And, if you live where I live, it’s pretty much over.  I got  sunburn when I was on a hike the other day and it wasn’t one of those sunburns they claim you can get on a cloudy day (I’m still not sure I believe that!)

I know that most places aren’t like Arizona though, so we have some really delicious comfort food dishes for you all this week!  My mouth is watering just looking at them.  I hope you all have a wonderful weekend and enjoy the Superbowl, if that’s your thing 🙂
