- 2 cups cranberry sauce
- 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup*
- 1 small container non-fat Greek yogurt (5.3 oz, 150 grams)
- Add all of the ingredients into a food processor and process until combined. You can make it as chunky or as smooth as you would like.
- Spoon the cranberry mixture into popsicle molds and freeze for at least 4 hours. You may need to run popsicle molds under hot water for a few seconds in order to loosen them.
*You can use more or less maple syrup depending on how sweet your cranberry sauce is and how sweet you want your popsicles to be
