Ingredients
Scale
- Baby spinach and/or arugula
- Fresh strawberries, sliced
- Sugar snap peas, cut in half either lengthwise or widthwise
- Toasted pecans
- Sliced avocado
Balsamic Tahini Dressing:
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 heaping tablespoon tahini
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Add all dressing ingredients to a jar and whisk until combined and a creamy dressing is formed.
- Assemble desired amount of salad and dress with dressing.
Notes
You can make this salad in as many portions as you like, just adjust salad ingredients accordingly!
