Creamy Hummus with Curry and Cilantro

Ingredients

  • 2 15-ounce cans of garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained with liquid reserved
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1 handful cilantro leaves
  • 2 cloves garlic,minced
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Add all of the ingredients into the food processor and turn on. While food processor is running, slowly add in the reserved garbanzo bean liquid until desired thickness and smoothness is reached, I used about 6 tablespoons in mine.

Makes about 2 cups.
