Ingredients

  • 3 large avocados, removed from skin and diced
  • 1 large mango, peeled and diced
  • 1/2 cup cooked black beans
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro

Instructions

  1. Place the avocados in a medium sized bowl and mash. Add the remaining ingredients and mix until combined.
  2. Service with chips if desired.
