Description

Welcome to your new go-to guacamole recipe!  This easy guacamole is creamy, flavorful and can be enjoyed in so many different ways.  It’s great with tortilla chips, tacos, nachos, burrito bowls, salads, wraps and more.  This guacamole recipe is packed with tons of flavor and is ready in 15 minutes.  It’s a must have at your next get together!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 medium sized ripe avocados
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice, about 1/2 of a lime
  • 2 tablespoons small diced white onion
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon chopped pickled jalapeños, or regular jalapenos
  • 12 cloves garlic, finely grated or chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt, to taste
  • Tortilla chips for serving

Instructions

  1. Cut your avocados in half, lengthwise and carefully remove the pit.  Scoop the inside of each avocado into a medium sized bowl.
  2. Use a large fork to use mash the avocados to your desired consistency.  You can mash them well, like I did, or leave them a little chunky.
  3. Next, add in the remaining ingredients and mix until completely combined.  Give the guacamole a taste and season with salt, as needed.  Enjoy my favorite guacamole with tortilla chips!

Notes

Guacamole is best stored in a container, in the refrigerator, with a piece of plastic wrap pressed down on the surface.
