1-Ingredient Watermelon Slushies

  • 1 mini seedless watermelon


  1. Cut the rind off the watermelon and cut watermelon into chunks.
  2. Freeze half of the chunks until frozen, 1-2 hours, and refrigerate the other half.
  3. Add the frozen and refrigerated watermelon to a blender and blend until it reaches a slushie texture. You may need to add a little bit of water to the blender to get things going. Garnish with cilantro or mint, if desired.
