5-Minute Black Bean & Avocado Dip

  • Total Time: 5 minutes


  • 2 (15 ounce) cans black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 extra large avocado, pit and peel removed and diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
  • Diced jalapeno, to taste
  • Optional garnishes: cilantro leaves, diced tomato, jalapeno slices


  1. Add all of the ingredients to a food processor and process until everything is combined. Serve with chips, crackers or vegetables.
