These Baked Cauliflower Pizza Bites make a great healthy snack, appetizer, or delicious side dish. They’re inspired by pizza, but are vegan and gluten-free, making them quick and easy to prepare.
I’m not sure about you, but it seems like it’s been a really long week for some reason. Although I’m eager to get to the weekend, I’m currently behind on work, so I’ll be using my time to cook, photograph, and eat. I guess there are worse ways to spend it š

Baked Cauliflower Pizza Bites Recipe Ingredients
- Cauliflower – I cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets.
- Olive oil
- Nutritional yeast – I pizza-ed the cauliflower up with some delicious seasonings and made “cheesy” with nutritional yeast.
- Spices – I made these with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, and salt.
- Optional – Warm marinara sauce for dipping really completes the pizza inspiration here, and chopped parsley is a great garnish, if desired.
How To Make These Cauliflower Pizza Bites
- Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Toss the cauliflower with the olive oil and all the spices, then spread it evenly on a baking sheet.
- Bake cauliflower until tender and starting to caramelize, about 20 minutes. Serve immediately with warm marinara sauce.

Recipe Tips and Thoughts
- These Baked Cauliflower Pizza Bites are vegan and gluten-free.
- They’re an updated version of an older recipe. I went to make it the other day and realized it needed much more seasoning than the original recipe. I think that means either my taste buds have improved in the past few years or deteriorated significantly, haha!
- These bites are great for a healthy afternoon snack or a healthy side dish next time you have pizza night!
- They’re also pretty addictive, so be careful š
