What Is Weight Watchers?
If you’re not familiar, Weight Watchers is a weight loss program that can be done in person or on-line (I do online). It has a point system and assigns a certain amount of points for each food. You are given a daily point value depending on your current weight and goal weight and if you abide by your daily points, you will lose weight!!
Vegetarian Weight Watchers Recipes
All of the recipes below do have the total number of weight watchers points in the recipe cards of each separate post. Weight Watchers has changed their point system a few times over the years so you may need to do some calculations yourself to make sure the points are correct for your individual plan.
